Riley Turner (Assistant Trainer)
Why did you become a riding instructor?
Although I have many different interests, riding is the only thing that makes me feel like someone. I love horses, but more importantly I respect them. I know what it takes to be good in the sport. Hard work, dedication, and tons of patience. It is all worth it to me.
If you had to do it all over again, what would you do differently?
Ask me in 20 years.
What are your future plans?
I would like to see the TLC horses in the 'A' circuit.
What is your biggest success?
Creating some pretty decent horses. There is no better feeling than having your horse win at the shows.
What words of wisdom would you like to share?
Some people are in it to win, some are pleasure riders. Either way make yourself knowledgeable. The more you know the more you can get out of your horse and the safer you will be.
